Whether you’re brand new to working out or looking to level up your routine, each session is tailored to your body, lifestyle and personal goals.

I combine expert coaching with a welcoming, judgement free environment where women can truly thrive. You’ll learn how to move with better form, improve your strength and build a routine you can sustain - without confusion, intimidation or second guessing yourself.

Curated Workout Plans

My women’s training program is designed to meet you exactly where you are and guide you toward where you want to be. Every client receives a fully customized workout plan tailored to her goals, fitness level, lifestyle and comfort zone. Whether you’re looking to build strength, boost confidence or simply feel healthier and more energized, your program is created specifically for you.

To keep you supported every step of the way, we connect for weekly check-ins. These check-ins help you stay motivated, track progress and make adjustments as your body gets stronger and goals evolve.

With expert guidance, structured programming and built in accountability, you’ll have everything you need to achieve meaningful, long-term results.

$60 per month flat fee.

Choose between 3 or 4 workouts a week with 1 weekly check-in.

2 Session Training Workshop

Learn to lift weights with proper form and build your own personalized workout plan.

This two-session, small group workshop is designed specifically for women who want to feel confident, capable and empowered in the weight room or home gym. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or looking to refine your technique, this hands on training experience will give you the skills and knowledge you need to train safely and effectively on your own.

What you’ll learn:

Proper form for the major movement patterns

How to choose the right weights and progress safely

Breathing, bracing and alignment for injury free lifting

Understanding reps, tempo, rest and training frequency

Building confidence using free weights

How to structure a balanced strength training workout

Choosing exercises that get results
