24 Hour Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your session at or under 24 hours of your scheduled start time, you lose that session and the payment.
-In certain circumstances (usually once per client or as is fitting) I give a makeup session. This session needs to be an EXTRA session, in addition to your regularly scheduled times, that is used the same month as your cancellation. If the missed session falls on the last week of the month, you have 2 weeks to use it. It is YOUR job to schedule this session. If not used in the time frames above, it is void.
If you cancel outside of 24 hours, you have two options:
-Roll over the session as a credit to the following month (only 2 sessions max/month can be credited, to the following month only)
-Reschedule for that same month (ideal for keeping consistency)
Training Cancellation Policy
You must give 30 days notice that you will be ending your training altogether
I keep a pretty open schedule to allow flexibility to my clients for reschedules - something that not all trainers have. These policies help to keep my days flowing and allow for clients to take advantage of that flexibility. Rescheduling helps keep consistency, progress and results.
