At Lift With Jenn, I specialize in personal training designed exclusively for women. My mission is to help you feel strong, confident and capable - both inside and outside the gym. Whether you’re beginning your fitness journey, returning after time away, or ready to take your training to the next level, I create programs that fit your goals, body and lifestyle.
As a busy 41 year old mom myself, I understand the challenges of carving out time for ourselves and giving ourselves the freedom to put us first in the midst of work, kids, spouses and a busy life. All one-on-one sessions are in my personal home for complete privacy.
I offer customized workout plans, one-on-one coaching and expert guidance grounded in safe, effective training principles. Every session is built to help you improve strength, boost energy, enhance mobility and build long-term healthy habits - all in a supportive, judge free environment.
